Once and Floral

*Flower pun intended.

Hello from Hollywood!

No, this is not where Cersei had her 'Walk of Atonement', it's the 'Walk of Fame'. And forget about Septa Unella uttering 'Shame' again and again while ringing a bell, it's 'Fame' okay? Hahah anyway, enough of these Game of Thrones innuendoes.

In a world full of rich cultural diversity, various nations have monuments commemorating someone or something that are usually tall, grand, thin, or colossal. But believe it or not, this constellation of stars, in contrast to what is typically familiar, is actually a public monument in the entertainment industry that is Hollywood. As of writing, Eva Longoria is the latest addition for her achievements in the Broadcast Television category, making her the 2,634th to be engraved in history (literally).

Interestingly enough, there is a star finder site advocated to help tourists locate the exact address of their favorite personality from roughly about 15 blocks of star after star.

For this look, I figured it would be fun to pair pastels and florals for Hanz's last day in LA. When I first saw this top at Nordstrom, I just fell in love with its color and the fact that it has a bell-sleeve. It kinda reminds me of the Medieval era, you know like The Canterbury Tales, wherein the rule 'the bigger the better' applies for royalties and nobilities. I love how some things of the past slowly making its way back to recent fashion trends.
